Booking

Our website currently does not support instant booking. If you wish to book an apartment through our website, please fill out the availability form for the apartment you are interested in, and include any other requests you may have. Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form on the contact page. We will then provide you with the available options and our final offer price for your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. You will receive an email with all the information you will need in order to pay the deposit. As for the remaining amount of the reservation, you can pay for it just a few days before arrival. Finally, you will receive detailed instructions on how to locate the apartment and meet you there. And that’s it!

In compliance with Greek law and regulations, a photo of the passport or ID of each guest is required for the reservation. For Greek guests, the ΑΦΜ number is required.

Each apartment has its own cancellation policy. Please refer to the apartment details for further information.

Certainly, we will meet you at check-in and check-out. We will show you the apartment, amenities, provide information on things to do, explore the city, offer recommendations, and do our best to ensure you have a pleasant and stress-free stay.

Payment

We accept simple bank transfer, credit or Visa, Revolut, and PayPal.

No, the offer we provide is the final price, including all taxes and any additional fees. There are no hidden costs – the quoted price is the total amount you’ll pay for your stay.
No, a security deposit is not required to stay at our apartments. However, we kindly ask that you inform us in case of any damage during your stay, so that we can address it as soon as possible and be able to fix it promptly.

Apartments

All our apartments are situated in Corfu town and the old town. Nearby, you’ll find places of interest within walking distance, including the historical centre, the local market, grocery stores, bakeries, traditional restaurants, cafeterias, bars, pharmacy stores, hairdressers, ATM points, the nearest accessible on foot beaches and many more. You can stroll around the narrow “kantounia” and walk near the sea in Garitsa bay. One significant advantage is that our central location provides easy and direct access to every part of the island by car, on foot, or using public transportation. If there is anything you need and you’re unsure how or where to find it, we are here for you.
No we are not a hotel. We are short term rental apartments, fully equipped, providing all necessary amenities during your stay, in order to have a pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No we don’t have a reception as we are rental apartments and not a hotel, but feel free to contact us at anytime. We will be more than happy to help you with anything you may need and answer to all your questions.

For your convenience all our apartments are provided with air-conditioning units. Feel free to use them for free.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our apartments.

We do love our little furry friends, but due to the building policy, pets are not allowed at our apartments.

All our apartments are equipped with high-speed internet specifically to support activities such as video calls and remote work, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.

The apartments do not provide a luggage storage space. However, there are plenty of luggage storage facilities near the apartments. Feel free to ask for additional information.

Yes, all the apartments provide a house manual with useful, detailed instructions about apartment amenities such as hot water, Wi-Fi, etc., to help you feel at home. Additionally, we have instructional videos for almost all electrical appliances to further assist you. If you have any additional questions or need help, please don’t hesitate to ask.

The nearest beach is just an approximate 10-minute walk from our apartments. However, please note that to explore the most well-known beaches, you will definitely need a car or public transportation, as they are not accessible by foot from our central location.

General

All our apartments are self-catering and do not offer daily cleaning or supply replenishment, as we are not a hotel and Greek law does not allow rental apartments to provide that kind of service. Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out to be ready for the next arrival. We have initially equipped the houses with supplies for the first few days. After that, guests are responsible for managing supplies as they would in their own homes. For longer stays, extra sheets and towels are provided after consulting with us.

We do not offer breakfast or meal as a service in our apartments since we are not a hotel and Greek law does not allow rental apartments to provide that kind of service. Once you arrive at our apartments we make sure that you will find water, croissants, different kind of coffee, tea, chamomile ,chocolate bars, as a complimentary from us. However, it is important to know that all our apartments have fully equipped kitchens, so you can prepare your own meals, like staying in your home.
