Adagio 1-Studio, Old Town

The Adagio-1 Studio is a recently renovated, fully equipped and soundproof accommodation, located on the 1st floor in the heart of the old town of Corfu. It overlooks the most notable landmark of the city, the church of Agios Spyridon, and is literally just a few meters from the famous Liston square, all the historical points of interest, cafes, restaurants, and the local market.

The space
The Adagio studio is located on the 1st floor of a family building and is 38 sqm. It is fully soundproof and equipped, with a functional kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there are two large windows with clothes racks in each, as well as two single beds and a sofa bed. A wardrobe is provided for clothes storage, and bed linens and towels are also provided for the stay. The studio is ideal for 2 to 3 people. It is worth noting that the accommodation is suitable for working from home, as it provides Starlink internet connection with speed up to 100 Mbps.

1. Electricity is provided through a key card system.
2. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and access is only available by stairs.
3. The apartment does not provide hotel services during stay.
4. In case a guest causes damage to the accommodation, they are obliged to pay for it and are kindly requested to inform the host for its immediate resolution.
5. During stay, 1 set of keys is provided, as there is a key safe box at the accommodation.
6. The studio is not suitable for very young children, as there are no protective railings or other safety mechanisms for them.
